Welcome to the 2024 Team Midwest Tryout Registration for Players in 2012 and 2013 birth years.
Tryout Options:
Open Tryout 1: Sunday June 2, 2024 at RecPlex in West Des Moines, Iowa ($45.00)
or
Open Tryout 2: Friday June 7, 2024 at Baxter Arena in Omaha, Nebraska ($45.00)
During this registration you will provide your players contact information, pick which tryout you plan to attend and submit tryout fee of $45 by credit card.
Players must be pre-registered to attend.
**Registration deadline is May 31, 2024
You will need your Players 2023-2024 USA Hockey Confirmation #, if you don't have it you can obtain a copy at this link https://membership.usahockey.com/duplicate-confirmation
